Turbo Cooling, founded in 2004, is a US-based company started by a small group of gamers and overclockers. With degrees in engineering and computer science, and four years of experience, these once novice PC custom builders and tuners have evolved into professional overclockers. In 2007, Turbo Cooling partnered with Taichi Industrial Corp., a China-based industrial cooling corporation, to develop and market a phase-change cooling system. Phase-change cooling (PCC) has the potential of becoming the next generation of CPU cooling. Turbo Cooling has doubled its design team to work on this compact, efficient, and economical cooling system.
